The BOT contract of Highway No.1 - Phu Ly City bypass section was started in 2014 xổ số hôm qua came into operation in 2016. This is the first xổ số hôm qua only transport BOT project in Vietnam that attracted the participation of foreign investors (Nexco xổ số hôm qua Jexway - Japan).
